Registration is available through different categories, designed to reflect professional roles and levels of participation. Detailed information on registration categories and applicable fees is available on the dedicated registration platform. All fees are quoted per participant and grant access according to the selected registration category.
Registration grants access to the scientific programme according to the selected category and may include:
conference materials and documentation;
coffee breaks and catering services scheduled within the scientific programme;
access to the conference venue and official networking activities included in the programme.
Specific inclusions may vary by registration category and are detailed during the registration process.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat.
Cancellations received up to 60 days before the start of the meeting are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
From 59 days before the start of the meeting and thereafter, no refunds will be granted.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the meeting and issued using the same payment method used for the original registration.
Name changes or substitutions may be accepted upon request and subject to approval by the organizing committee.
